MICROSOFT REDUCE POWER PLATFORM APP PRICES
Microsoft have reduced the price of the Power Platform Apps Licences with a view to helping companies with a small number of users to get on-board. They are also helping Enterprise level companies by extending their July offer on purchases of 200 or more Licences.

BENEFITS FOR SMB’S
Microsoft have reduced the price of the Power Platform Apps Licences with a view to helping companies with a small number of users to get on-board.
Power Apps Per App Plan
Prices are reducing by 50% from October 1st, 2021.
POWER APPS PER APP PLAN CURRENTLY:
Are £7.50 per user, per month, providing access to two apps and one portal app.
NEW POWER APPS PER APP PLAN:
This will change to around £3.75 per user, per month*, providing access to a single canvas or model-driven app.
Power Apps Per User Plan
Prices are reducing by 50% from October 1st, 2021.
POWER APPS PER USER PLAN CURRENTLY:
Are £30.20 per user, per month, providing access to unlimited model-driven and canvas apps.
NEW POWER APPS PER USER PLAN:
This will change to around £15.10 per user per month*.
For existing users accessing just one canvas app, one model-driven app, or one portal, on the Per App plan, can now switch to a new SKU ( stock-keeping unit ) which halves their licence cost.
Previously this plan had two apps and a portal which was wasted on customers needing just one. For those needing two user access, you will simply buy two plans, with the same overall cost.
Note: The Dynamics 365 App for Outlook, counts as an app so will need a Per App plan licence.
BENEFITS FOR ENTERPRISE-LEVEL COMPANIES
To encourage large-scale deployment in enterprise-level companies, Microsoft had introduced two discount offerings on purchases of 200 or more licenses. This offer that was due to end in July has been extended to October:
POWER APPS PER APP PLANS
Reduced from £7.50 per user, per month to £2.30 per user, per month. Offer availability and other conditions may apply.
POWER APP PORTALS
Customers purchasing login capacity in volume can take advantage of offers covering two new Tiers. Tier 4 and 5 (see below), have both been discounted, with Tier 5 working out at an incredibly low price, of around £8.72 per month.*
- Tier 4 (25,000+ logins/month)
- Tier 5 (100,000+ logins/month)
*UK prices are based on halving the current prices, the official prices have yet to be announced.
