2022 WORCESTERSHIRE GRANT – ELEVATE DIGITAL ROADMAP
Grant Funding and support is available for SMBs in Worcestershire for 2022.
A 40% match-funded grant of up to £4,000 can be applied for, after completing the Digital roadmap course comprising of 15 hours fully funded 1-1 support.
The course will introduce you to Digital Transformation, and help you to apply it to the nuances of your business. It includes 4 stages:
DEFINE
The destination: Define Vision and Goals.
DISCOVER
Business performance, culture and opportunities.
DEVELOP
Digital roadmap to deliver vision and goals.
DELIVER
Elevated performance.
“Small businesses with an advanced level of digital engagement sell more and are more profitable than businesses with a basic level of digital engagement, achieving: 28% more revenue and 68% more revenue per employee”.
The Digital Roadmap process
They will adapt the focus and intensity of the Digital Roadmap process to suit your unique needs, which can include:
Moving to the cloud
Understanding business and customers data
Becoming cyber resilient and secure
REQUIRED: Worcestershire based SME from any sector, typically trading for at least 3 years, with 5+ employees.
